Health Counseling is a unique service that helps you pursue your own wisdom. As a Health Counselor, I will help you discover an approach that works best for you at this point in your life.

While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

No one single diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals. It begins by looking at food, but it does not end there.

This interview with Beth lasts just about 20 minutes and talks about how to detox, the importance and health benefits of eating locally, and how to liven up your body and energy by getting springy.

Holifit begins with the understanding that we all come from different backgrounds, heritages, likes, dislikes, body type and structures. Although we are all human, we all vary in important ways and must meet our own individual needs. Just as we have our own thoughts and beliefs, we have our own ways of eating, or “bio-individuality”. The problem is that so many of us do not follow our body’s plan! When you really listen and let your body do what is natural according to it’s own intelligence, for it’s own right balance, you will be more than amazed.

Movement is life, and without it, we become stiff and stagnant. With Holifit Yoga and Personal Training, you can begin to move in a way that honors who you are and what you are about. Holifit helps you customize a personal practice in the gym, on the mat, or in the field. Where you work best is where we go, or we can create a new program to introduce you to new environments and physical and mental stimulus.
