Holifit’s Philosophy

The wind blows, brushing against a tree in autumn, a leaf breaks loose and falls from the tree gently landing into the water, the leaf creates a ripple, one leaf, shifting the sediment in each drop of water, the sediment dislodges food that catches the eye of a nearby fish, the fish leaps for the food, catching the eye of a bird who eats the fish, the bird leaps back into the air, creating wind for the nearby tree in the autumn that creates wind that catches another leaf.

A ripple in the water effects the entire sea, just like we as humans effect everything around us, with every thought and every breath, every experience we feel creates an intention and response. What intention do you put in the air? What are you sharing or giving to the person next to you, to the living being next to you? To the Earth? Your home?

What food do you give your body? What you give or throw into the environment will decide what it gives back to you. If you feed your body fat, it will give you fat. If you provide your body with nourishment, it will reward you with strength and stability. If you start the day off with a smile, that smile will be infectious to your day, your body and to others. You are Holistic with the world; you are part of it, and where your intentions go you’ll find your fit. What ripple effect are you creating?
